Should I be worried about exposure to contaminants from Lansdowne?

What is the City doing to protect us from potentially toxic dust from excavation?
The City has developed an Air Quality Monitoring Plan and a Dust Monitoring Protocol to control and monitor dust generated from the excavation of contaminated soils. This includes dust-monitoring stations around the site to ensure that dust remains at acceptable levels.
