BANK STREET RECONSTRUCTION MEETING

Residents and merchants are invited to participate in a public meeting concerning the reconstruction of Bank Street this summer from the Canal to the Queensway in the Glebe. The meeting, hosted by the Glebe Community Association (GCA) in conjunction with the Glebe Business Improvement Area (BIA), offers an opportunity to see and ask questions about the scale of the project, the timing and the design.
6:30 - 7:30 p.m. — Information and opportunity to look at the plans and proposed design for the Bank St. reconstruction project in the Glebe. The City of Ottawa will display boards showing the drawings and plans, information about timing, etc. City staff will be on hand to talk to residents and merchants.
7:30 - 9 p.m. — Panel presentations from Councillor David Chernushenko, Guy Giguerre of the GCA, the Glebe BIA, and City of Ottawa staff, followed by questions and comments from the floor.
